All our products undergo a rigorous quality check before being shipped to you. As such, we do not accept returns of delivered products.
Hence we will not be able to accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION :
We offer refunds if the order is cancelled by us under any circumstance or if cannot be delivered to your specified location. We will contact you if we determine that your order cannot be processed by us or if there are abnormal delays in shipping your order to you.
Refunds will be processed in 3 to 7 days after cancellation of order.
Career Concept Academy reserves the right to approve/decline refunds on a transaction.
Products are applicable for exchange only if the item delivered to you is completely different from the one you’ve ordered. If you would like to exchange your order, please send an email to email@example.com mentioning your order number.
Please note that we expect the product to be delivered to us within 3-5 days from the time of approval of your exchange request, beyond which, we will not be able to process the exchange and your request will be automatically cancelled. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product.
After we’ve received the product, it will undergo a quality check and your original product will be processed only after the product is approved for exchange. The products to be exchanged should be unused, undamaged and should also include the original packaging to be approved for the exchange. Else, your request will be cancelled and you shall not receive any refund.
Exchanges are accepted only once per order. We do not accept exchange the second time on the same order.
