Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (as of 01.08.2026):

General Posts (Delhi Police & CAPFs SI): 20 to 25 years (Born between 02.08.2001 and 01.08.2006).

SI (Fire) in CISF: 18 to 30 years (Born between 02.08.1996 and 01.08.2008).

Age relaxations apply for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), Ex-Servicemen, and Delhi Police Departmental candidates as per government rules.
2. Educational Qualifications:

For SI (Delhi Police & CAPFs): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.

For SI (Fire) in CISF: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) OR a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Automobile, Chemical, Mining, Aeronautical, or Telecommunication Engineering.

Driving License Mandatory: Male candidates applying for Delhi Police SI must possess a valid LMV Driving License (Motorcycle & Car) at the time of PST/PET.
Selection Process
The selection for SSC CPO 2026 involves four mandatory stages:

Exam Pattern Breakdown

Paper-I (Total 100 Marks | Duration: 1 Hour): Features 25 questions each across 4 subjects — General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension (15-minute sectional timer for each section). Negative marking is 0.25 marks per wrong answer.

Paper-II (Total 320 Marks | Duration: 2 Hours): Divided into Reasoning (40 marks), General Knowledge (40 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (40 marks), and English Comprehension (200 marks). Negative marking is 0.50 marks per wrong answer.

NCC Bonus Marks: Candidates holding NCC 'C', 'B', or 'A' certificates will receive 5%, 3%, and 2% bonus marks of maximum marks respectively in both Paper-I and Paper-II.
