🎓 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification (As on 31.12.2026)

• Degree: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

• Final Year Students: Candidates who are in their final year/semester of graduation may also apply provisionally, subject to the condition that they produce proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2026 if provisionally selected.

• Ex-Servicemen: Matriculate Ex-servicemen who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education (or equivalent Navy/Air Force certificate) after completing not less than 15 years of service.

2. Age Limit (As on 01.04.2026)

• Minimum Age: 20 years

• Maximum Age: 28 years (Candidates must have been born between 02.04.1998 and 01.04.2006, both days inclusive)

Upper Age Relaxation:

• SC / ST: 5 years

• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years

• PwBD (Gen/EWS): 10 years

• PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years

• PwBD (OBC): 13 years

• Ex-Servicemen / Disabled Ex-Servicemen: Period of service + 3 years (subject to max age of 50 years)

💰 Salary & Emoluments

• Pay Scale: ₹24,050 – ₹64,480

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- (₹24,050/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates)

• Total Starting Emoluments: Around ₹46,000/- per month in metro cities like Mumbai (inclusive of DA, other allowances, and graduate increments).

💳 Application Fee

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹750/-

• SC / ST / PwBD / XS / DXS: Nil (Exempted)

• Payment Mode: Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking.

📝 Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Phase-I: Preliminary Exam (Online Objective – 100 Marks | 1 Hour)

• English Language: 30 Questions | 30 Marks | 20 Minutes

• Numerical Ability: 35 Questions | 35 Marks | 20 Minutes

• Reasoning Ability: 35 Questions | 35 Marks | 20 Minutes

• Negative Marking: 1/4th mark deduction for each incorrect answer.

Phase-II: Main Exam (Online Objective – 200 Marks | 2 Hours 40 Minutes)

• General/Financial Awareness: 50 Questions | 50 Marks | 35 Minutes

• General English: 40 Questions | 40 Marks | 35 Minutes

• Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Questions | 50 Marks | 45 Minutes

• Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude: 50 Questions | 60 Marks | 45 Minutes

• Total: 190 Questions | 200 Marks

Phase-III: Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT)

• Conducted for candidates who have not studied the specified local language in 10th or 12th standard.
