Educational Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria

• Medical Officer: MBBS degree. Must attend the school dispensary at least 5 days a week (2 hours daily) and reside within 5 km of the school for emergency availability.

• Counsellor: Graduate/PG in Psychology (min 50%), OR PG in Child Development (min 50%), OR Graduate/PG with Diploma in Career Guidance & Counselling (min 50%). Basic computer operation and knowledge of local language required.

• Quarter Master: B.A./B.Com with at least 5 years experience as UDC stores/Quartermaster, OR Ex-serviceman (preferably JCO) with 10 years experience in store handling and accounting.

• Riding Instructor: Matriculation with experience in horse management (stable maintenance, first aid, equestrian sports) and horse riding instruction. Must stay on school campus.

• Ward Boy: Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent with fluent English communication skills.

• PEM/PTI cum Matron (Female): Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent with fluent English communication skills. Must reside in the girls' hostel accommodation. B.P.Ed/D.P.Ed preferred.

• Nursing Sister (Female): Nursing Diploma/Degree with 5 years experience, OR Ex-serviceman of Medical Assistant trade with 5 years service post-training. Must stay on campus.

• SC / ST Candidates: Nil (Exempted).

• Payment Mode: Demand Draft (DD) of any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of "Principal, Sainik School Satara", payable at Satara.

• Note: Write candidate's name and post applied for in capital letters on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
