PMBI Recruitment 2026
The Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI), operating under the Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP), has released key updates via Corrigendum for Advt. No. 02/2026. In major candidate-friendly amendments, applications are now accepted online via the web portal, the last date to apply has been extended to October 15, 2026, and the application fee has been completely waived (previous fees will be refunded).
Eligible applicants can apply for 175 posts on a contractual basis across core divisions including Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics & Supply Chain, Finance & Accounts, IT & MIS, HR & Admin, Legal, Media, Grievance, and International Assistance.

What’s New in the Latest Corrigenda?

Application Fee Waived: Candidates are no longer required to submit a Demand Draft of Rs. 100. Candidates who already sent DDs will receive refunds to their respective bank accounts directly from PMBI.

Online Application Facility: Applicants are now permitted to submit their forms directly via the online portal on pmbi.co.in.

Deadline Extension: The application submission window is extended up to 15.10.2026.

Qualification Clarification (Procurement): For the post of Senior Executive (Procurement) at S.No. 14, the required experience is clarified as "Minimum 03 years' experience in Procurement/Purchase division in a pharmaceutical company".

Selection Process
The appointment process follows three systematic phases:

Initial Screening: Application details and uploaded documents are scrutinized according to prescribed age, qualification, and experience benchmarks.

Written Examination: Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated on English writing skills, functional domain knowledge, and general awareness. Exam dates, venues, and syllabus will be communicated directly via email.

Personal Interaction cum Interview: Candidates qualifying the written stage will appear for interview assessment along with original document verification.

No Fee Payment: The application fee has been waived to Rs. 0/-; submit the application directly without generating any Demand Draft.

Submit & Save: Download and print a copy of the submitted confirmation form for interview verification and record-keeping.
Note: Candidates who previously dispatched hard copies by post or courier before Corrigendum-II do not need to reapply, and their Rs. 100 fee will be refunded.
