Stream-wise Job Profile

• Hospitality Stream: Tasks related to cooking, kitchen management, dish presentation, maintaining a sanitized kitchen environment, safe food storage, handling cutlery/crockery, and serving food/beverages.

• Housekeeping Stream: Tasks related to floor/road/bathroom cleaning, grass cutting, ground leveling, utensil/clothes washing, ironing, hair cutting, leather/shoe repair, tailoring, and office equipment handling.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed Class 10th (Matriculation) or an equivalent examination from Education Boards recognized by Central, State, and UT.

2. Age Limit

• Date of Birth Block: Born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2009 (both days inclusive).

• Upper Age Limit: Must be 22 years as on the date of enrolment.

3. Marital Status & Gender

• Only Unmarried Male candidates are eligible. Candidates must undertake not to marry during the defined 4-year engagement period.

Mandatory Medical Standards

• Height: Minimum 152 cm

• Chest Expansion: Minimum 5 cm

• Weight: Proportionate to height and age

• Visual Standards: $6/36$ each eye, correctable to $6/9$ each eye (Refractive Error not exceeding $\pm 3.5\text{ D}$). Note: PRK/LASIK surgeries are not acceptable.

• Hearing: Normal (able to hear forced whisper from 6 meters per ear).

• Tattoos: Permanent body tattoos are generally not permitted, except on inner forearms/back of palms or standard tribal traditions.

Salary, Package & Service Benefits

• Service Duration: 4 Years under the Agnipath Scheme.

• Monthly Package:

  • 1st Year: ₹30,000/- (In-hand ₹21,000 + ₹9,000 Corpus Fund)

  • 2nd Year: ₹33,000/- (In-hand ₹23,100 + ₹9,900 Corpus Fund)

  • 3rd Year: ₹36,500/- (In-hand ₹25,550 + ₹10,950 Corpus Fund)

  • 4th Year: ₹40,000/- (In-hand ₹28,000 + ₹12,000 Corpus Fund)

• Seva Nidhi Package: ₹10.04 Lakhs (approx.) after completion of 4 years.

• Insurance: Non-contributory Life Insurance cover of ₹48 Lakhs during service.

• Regular Cadre Enrollment: Up to 25% of each batch will be enrolled into the regular cadre of IAF as NC(E) based on performance and organizational requirements.

Selection Process

The recruitment involves four distinct phases:

1. Phase-I: Written Test (30 Marks)

   • General English (Class 10th level) – 15 Marks (Min Pass: 5)

   • General Knowledge (Class 10th level) – 15 Marks (Min Pass: 5)

   • Total Minimum Qualifying Marks: 15 Marks out of 30.

2. Phase-II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT)

   • PFT-I: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes.

   • PFT-II: 10 Push-ups (1 min), 10 Sit-ups (1 min), 20 Squats (1 min).

3. Phase-III: Stream Suitability Test (SST)

   • Practical skill and aptitude check for Hospitality or Housekeeping tasks.

4. Phase-IV: Medical Examination

   • Medical baseline test by IAF Medical Authorities.

How to Apply Offline

1. Fill out the application form carefully in capital letters.

2. Attach required documents:

   • Class 10th Marks Sheet and Passing Certificate.

   • Passport-size photo holding a black slate in front of the chest (Name & Date written with white chalk).

   • Consent Certificate (signed by parent/guardian if below 18 years).

   • A self-addressed envelope with a ₹10 stamp affixed.

3. Submit the application form by Normal Post or drop it directly into the Drop Box at your chosen Air Force Station location before the last date.
