The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the detailed recruitment notification for Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs XV). Eligible banking aspirants can apply online for Group "A" - Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group "B" - Office Assistants (Multipurpose) across participating Regional Rural Banks throughout India.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 to 28 years (Born between 02.09.1998 and 01.09.2008)

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18 to 30 years (Born between 02.09.1996 and 01.09.2008)

Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 to 32 years (Born between 02.09.1994 and 01.09.2005)

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21 to 40 years (Born between 02.09.1986 and 01.09.2005)
Age relaxation applies as per government guidelines: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years, PwBD: 10 years, ESM/DESM: As specified in the notification.
2. Educational Qualification & Experience

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Proficiency in local language as prescribed by the participating RRB. Desirable: Working knowledge of Computer. (No prior experience required).

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Preference given to degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Proficiency in local language & basic computer knowledge required. (No experience required).

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks aggregate. Minimum 2 years' experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers - IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture): Relevant professional degree (e.g., B.Tech/B.E., CA, LLB, MBA) with 50% aggregate and 1 to 2 years post-qualification field experience.

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and at least 5 years of officer experience in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Office Assistant: Preliminary Examination (80 Marks, 45 Mins) followed by Main Examination (200 Marks, 120 Mins). Final merit is prepared solely on Main Examination marks. No interview.

Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Common Interview. The relative weightage of Main Exam to Interview is 80:20.

Officer Scale-II & III: Single Online Examination (200 Marks) followed by Common Interview (Weightage 80:20).
Negative Marking: There is a penalty of 0.25 (1/4th) marks deducted for every incorrect objective answer across Prelims, Mains, and Single Level exams.
