The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for CRP PO/MT-XVI for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) in 11 Participating Public Sector Banks for the vacancies of 2027–28. Eligible graduates can submit their online applications from 01 July 2026 to 21 July 2026 through the official IBPS website. The selection process includes Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Personality Test, Interview, and Provisional Allotment

✅  Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Age Limit: 20 to 30 years (AS ON 01.07.2026)
    i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1996 and not later than 01.07.2006 (both dates inclusive)

  • Open: 20 to 30 years
  • OBC: 20 to 33 years
  • SC/ST: 20 to 35 years
  • Handicap: 20 to 40 Years
  • ExServicement: 20 to 35 years

📝 IBPS PO/MT 2026 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected through a three-stage recruitment process:

1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type – Online)

2. Main Examination (Objective + Descriptive Type – Online)

3. Interview Round (Face-to-face)

Final selection will be based on combined performance in Mains and Interview.
