- Junior Executive Electrical Engineering: Full‑time BE/B.Tech with aggregate 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD) in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Junior Executive Electronics & Telecommunication/ Instrumentation Engineering: Full‑time BE/B.Tech with aggregate 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD) in Electronics & Tele‑communication Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering
Age Limit: (as on 07.04.2026)
- Upper age 29 years
- Relaxation 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC‑NCL and additional 10 years for PwD
