BANK OF BARODA SPORTS QUOTA RECRUITMENT 2026

Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released a recruitment notification (Advt. No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/09) inviting applications from meritorious sportspersons for the position of Customer Service Associate (Clerical Cadre). This recruitment is on a regular basis for 30 vacancies across various sports disciplines.

Vacancy Details

Total Vacancies: 30 Posts (24 Male + 6 Female)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University.

• Sports Qualification: Candidates must be meritorious sportspersons who have represented a State/U.T./Country in National or International competitions, or be medal winners in Junior Nationals, Khelo India Games, SGFI events, or Inter-University tournaments.

• Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026):

  • Minimum: 20 Years

  • Maximum: 28 Years

  • Note: Age relaxation of 5 years for General/EWS, 8 years for OBC, and 10 years for SC/ST meritorious sportspersons is applicable.

Pay Scale & Benefits

• Starting Basic Pay: ₹24,050 per month.

• Pay Scale: ₹24,050 – ₹64,480 (plus applicable allowances and perks as per Bank rules).

Application Fee

• General / EWS / OBC: ₹850/- (Inclusive of GST)

• SC / ST / ESM / Women: ₹175/- (Intimation charges only)

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Screening of applications based on eligibility and sports achievements.

2. Field Trials: Shortlisted candidates will be called for trials at designated venues to test their sports proficiency.

3. Document Verification: Final verification of original certificates and identity.
