- AFCAT Entry:
- 12th pass with 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics and a Graduation in any branch with 60% marks OR B.E/ B.Tech with 60% marks.
- Ground Duty (Technical):

- 12th Std and Graduate Degree (Minimum three years degree course) in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks or equivalent or cleared section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent.
- Accounts Branch:
- 12th Std with 60% marks and B.Com/ BBA (Finance)/ BMS (Finance)/ BBS (Finance)/ Qualified CA/ CMA/ CS/ CFA./ B. Sc (Finance.)
- Education Branch:
